Welcome to ReplyDock, a business communication and automation platform provided by Koshine Tech Labs Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using ReplyDock ("Service"), you ("User", "Customer", or "you") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

1. Service Description

ReplyDock enables business communication and workflow management through integrations such as Slack and WhatsApp Business. Additional features, including analytics, may be provided as optional add-ons.

2. Accounts and Access

You must provide accurate and complete account information.
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and controlling user access.
Unauthorized access, impersonation, or sharing outside your organization is prohibited.

3. Plans and Pricing

ReplyDock currently offers both free and paid plans. Pricing and plan details will be communicated on our website or within the Service. All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

4. Data Handling and Storage

ReplyDock does not permanently store message content. Message content is processed only for temporary delivery between connected platforms. We may store certain metadata required for routing, debugging, analytics (if enabled), and security. Phone numbers required for thread management may be stored in encrypted form.

5. Hosting and Third Parties

ReplyDock uses third-party platforms for hosting and identity management, including services such as Google Cloud and Clerk. By using the Service, you consent to processing by these providers under their respective policies. Usage of integrated services such as Slack and WhatsApp Business remains subject to their terms and policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

send unsolicited or unlawful communications,
violate Slack or WhatsApp Business platform policies,
circumvent rate limits or security mechanisms,
engage in abuse, harassment, or harmful behavior.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, network conditions, or third-party restrictions. We are not responsible for platform-level outages or API limitations imposed by external providers.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to ReplyDock, including software, branding, and documentation, is owned by Koshine Tech Labs Private Limited. No license is granted beyond the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful or non-compliant usage. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Koshine Tech Labs Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
