Welcome to ReplyDock, a communication assistant platform provided by Koshine Tech Labs Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By using ReplyDock ("Service"), you ("User", "Customer", or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

ReplyDock is designed for business users to connect, manage, and automate communication across channels such as Slack and WhatsApp. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

2. Account and Access

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
Unauthorized access or sharing of your account is prohibited.

3. Data Handling

ReplyDock does not permanently store or process message contents. Messages are only transmitted temporarily between connected services (e.g., Slack and WhatsApp). Metadata or logs are retained only as required for debugging and security.

4. Hosting and Third Parties

Our infrastructure is hosted on Google Cloud (Cloud Run and Cloud SQL). We use Clerk for user authentication and identity management. By using our Service, you consent to data processing by these providers in accordance with their privacy policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software components of ReplyDock are owned by Koshine Tech Labs Pvt. Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

6. Fees and Payments

If applicable, pricing and payment terms will be provided on our website. You agree to pay all applicable fees on time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment.

7. Service Availability

We strive to ensure high uptime and reliability. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or network issues. We are not liable for any data loss or downtime.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the Service or its users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koshine Tech Labs Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
